
ADGS Abu Dhabi: Check out the registered highlights for the Master category

Bringing the AJP's high-octane action back to the UAE, the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam World Tour Abu Dhabi is just around the corner. Set to take place between May 16th and 18th, the competition makes its way to the Mubadala Arena for another memorable tournament to close the 2024-2025 season, offering 3000 global rankings points and the coveted ADGS gold medal to each of its champions.
With three days of action scheduled for the event, the ADGS Abu Dhabi is set to make a strong impression from the get-go this time around, with the aces of the Master 1 category bringing their experience and grit to look for a high-profile victory in the AJP mats. In addition to Marko Oikarainen and Haitham Hanawi in the 56kg bracket, Americo Mutunda in the 62kg division, and the high-ranked duo Thiago Macedo and Dzhimsher Razmadze in the 69kg group, the tournament will also feature the likes of Thiago Marques, Matheus Luna, and Adriano Araujo in the 77kg bracket, while Julio dos Anjos, Artem Kaigarodov, and Iurii Kuznetsov make a name for themselves in the 85kg division.
Meanwhile, the tournament adds to the action with Julio dos Anjos, Artem Kaigarodov, and Iurii Kuznetsov making their way to the 85kg bracket, the 94kg division brings Jackson Sousa and Renato Cardoso ready to fight for the last ADGS gold of the season, and the 120kg bracket explodes with action as the powerhouses Felipe Bezerra, Matheus "Tá Danado" Xavier, and Herico Hesley join the fray to fight for the top spot on the podium. Over on the women's side, the international heavy hitters Lina Grosset and Magdalena Loska spice up their respective weight classes as they look for the title.
The ADGS Abu Dhabi is set to take place between May 16th and 18th, with all fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform.
