ABU DHABI GRAND SLAM XI'AN - INVITATION LETTER TO APPLY FOR VISA

IF YOU REQUIRE A VISA TO ENTER CHINA, IVSM CHINA CAN PROVIDE AN INVITATION LETTER.

The Organizer IVSM China is happy to help any athlete who needs a VISA to enter China by providing an Invitation Letter to the event. Please send Invitation Letter request (latest 5th October 2024) to [email protected]

To make this letter IVSM China need the following information of each athletes:

1. Name:
2. Birth date:
3. Nationality:
4. Country and city of the Chinese consulate or embassy , where the visa will be applied.:
5. Period of stay in China. (from when till when)
6. MUST send together with scanned Passport Copy

Need to register for the championship, in case the embassy may check.

Please be reminded that Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro (AJP) and IVSM China do not issue “guarantor letters”, ONLY invitations letters. Most of the time that has been enough to apply for the visa.
