ADXC 6: Protasio, Samson, Gaudio, and Kurbanov join the Main Card

October 2, 2024

With the October 25th deadline drawing nearer by the day, the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship is steadily revealing the pieces that will make up the larger puzzle of the ADXC 6. Set to be held at the modern Mubadala Arena, the competition has had two fights added to its Main Card: Lucas Protasio will face Rolando Samson in a welterweight Jiu-Jitsu bout, and Patrick Gaudio will go toe-to-toe with Marat Kurbanov in a heavyweight Grappling bout.

Starting with the Jiu-Jitsu bout, ADWPJJC and ADGS champ Lucas Protasio makes his ADXC debut, ready to represent Checkmat as he fights for the tournament's trophy. On the other side of the cage, Atos Jiu Jitsu's Rolando Samson is also joining the ADXC for the very first time, bringing his passing game and technical prowess to become a champion in Abu Dhabi.

Meanwhile, the Grappling bout brings Patrick Gaudio to ADXC for the first time. A GFTeam veteran with many titles conquered around the world, Patrick will be ready to impose his aggressive game and take home the trophy. Ready to foil the Brazilian's plans, the Russian Marat Kurbanov plans an explosive performance for his ADXC debut. A black belt under the ruthless Rousimar "Toquinho" Palhares, Marat mixes strength with technique and stands to be a dangerous opponent both standing and on the ground.

The ADXC 6 is set to land at the Mubadala Arena, in the UAE, on October 25th, with all fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform. Follow @adxcofficial on social media as the organization unveils the next matches of the upcoming card, and we'll see you in Abu Dhabi!
