ADGS Rome 2025: All you need to know about the tour's return to Italy

Coming as the first big tournament of this year, the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam World Tour gets ready for its first tournament of the year, bringing some of the main players from the international Jiu-Jitsu scene to compete in the Italian capital of Rome, the birthplace of competitive sports.

After a successful first edition last year, the ADGS Rome 2025 returns to the Centro Olimpico Matteo Pellicone between February 21st and 23rd, giving athletes of all ages and graduations the chance to show their skills and accrue valuable ranking points and experience in their careers.

Starting on February 21st, the athletes from the Amateur category take the stage, followed by the Youths and Masters on February 22nd. Then, on February 23rd, the warriors from the Professional category step up to the mats and show their skills as they close the event.

With the normal registration window open until February 18th, the tournament already has registered athletes in most divisions. Among the highlights, Kennedy Maciel, Lucas Protasio, Jefferson Goteu, Leonardo Mario, and Lina Grosset already saved their spots in the upcoming competition.
