HOGA is a PLSPB Cicero Costha affiliated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School based in Zürich, Switzerland. Following the philosophy of our master and academy we propose and intense training program aiming to bring you to a high level of fitness along with social programs destined to help others through Jiu Jitsu and its values such as mutual enrichment, friendship, respect, humility and discipline. HOGA is known for its focus on technical precision and providing a supportive training environment. Children, women and men of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. At HOGA, there is no room for discrimination in training.
