Ground Game Theory delivers Miami's premier martial arts experience with a focus on No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. Offering a comprehensive curriculum for all ages and experience levels, Ground Game Theory features grappling and MMA classes for both kids and adults. In addition, we've partnered with the leading strength and conditioning experts at Team Soul Miami to offer comprehensive training solutions that aim to foster championship-level performance while emphasizing injury prevention. History Established in 2022. Born amidst the 2020 pandemic, our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu academy emerged from a garage, founded by a former Kraken research associate and a high-level software developer. United by a passion for martial arts and a vision for excellence in submission grappling, we focused on critical thinking and innovative training methodologies. Our approach attracted elite athletes and is underpinned by a unique blend of analytical and technical expertise. Since opening our gym to the public in November 2022, our students have shown remarkable progress, with some outperforming experienced practitioners in a short time. Our academy is a testament to the power of passion, innovation, and critical analysis in martial arts training.
