ADXC 6: Isaque Bahiense and Bruno Lima headline the Jiu-Jitsu Co-Main Event in a Middleweight bout
September 26, 2024
Less than a month away from its next tournament, the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship is on track with its preparations to take over the Mubadala Arena on October 25th and has begun the process of steadily unveiling the event's card, exciting fight fans with powerful match-ups and talented athletes. This time, the organization has announced that the Jiu-Jitsu Co-Main Event will be a Middleweight bout between Isaque Bahiense and Bruno Lima.
A Brazilian athlete representing Dream Art, Isaque Bahiense is no stranger to the ADXC cage, having beaten his old rival Gustavo Batista in the Jiu-Jitsu Main Event of the very first edition of the tournament. Now, almost exactly one year later, Isaque is back in the UAE and looking for another title to keep company to his ADXC 1 trophy and the many gold medals he conquered in the AJP. A guard passer with a lot of mileage on the competitive mats, Isaque will be ready to use all the weapons at his disposal to beat his opponent and once again rise as the champion in the cage.
Ready to spoil Isaque's plans, the Portuguese Bruno Lima dons his gi and steps up to the cage once again, ready to put his guard game to work as he seeks another victory within the ADXC cage. An AMA Jiu-Jitsu Team black belt, Bruno rose to prominence when he conquered the 85kg division in last year's ADWPJJC, keeping that momentum to beat Manuel Ribamar in the ADXC 2's Jiu-Jitsu Main Event. Despite his undeniable talent, Bruno got bested last March in the ADXC 3, so he'll be extra motivated to show his prowess as he returns to Abu Dhabi.
The ADXC 6 is set to land in the UAE on October 25th, with all fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform. Follow @adxcofficial on social media as the organization unveils the next matches of the upcoming card, and we'll see you in Abu Dhabi!
