Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Jiu Jitsu World Tours coming to an end in Abu Dhabi for season 2021-2022

The capital of the UAE “Abu Dhabi” is ready for the final tour of the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam World Jiu-Jitsu Tours for three days starting from May 6-8, 2022 at Jiu-Jitsu Arena. This prime edition will feature Youth, Masters and Professionals divisions who will fight to collect the highest points to add to their score board at ADGS ranking, in addition to the most valuable cash prizes of $225,000.

“Abu Dhabi Tour is one of the main and the final rounds of the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam World Jiu-Jitsu Tours, it will give 3000 points for the winner of the first place of his/her division. This final tour will also feature the 11th edition of Abu Dhabi King of Mats and the 4th edition of Abu Dhabi Queen of Mats on the second day. The event will witness top names in the world of Jiu-Jitsu who will travel to Abu Dhabi next week to win the most wanted titles of Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro. AJP is also keen to provide the most competitive tours to elevate the level of Jiu-Jitsu champions who will be ready to participate in Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship in November 2022” said Mr. Tarq Al Baheri, General Manager of Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro.

AJP Tour is proud to announce some of the top athletes’ s names registered for final edition of Abu Dhabi Grand Slam World tour such as local female players Wadima Alyafie, Shirefa Alnaamani will fight in Brown/Black belt Professional in Roosterweight under 49KG, Balqees Abdulla will fight in Purple Professional Roosterweight under 49KG , Omar Al Fadhli will fight in Black belt Professional Lightweight under 69KG , Sultan Alowais will fight in Brown belt Professional Featherweight under 62Kg from United Arab Emirates. Lucas Pinheiro will fight in Black Professional Featherweight under 62KG, Caio Almedia and Thiago Macedo will fight in Black belt Professional Lightweight under 69KG from Brazil and the Brazilian Uanderson Ferreira who won the title of Abu Dhabi King of Mats for the Middleweight in London will fight in Black belt Professional Middleweight under 85KG. Bader Aldoserri will fight in purple belt Professional Lightweight under 69KG from Bahrain, Anton Minenko will fight in Black belt Professional Lightweight under 69KG from Australia, Manuel Aguilar will fight in Black belt Professional Lightweight under 69KG from United States of America, Francesco Giovanni will fight in Brown belt Professional Light Heavyweight under 94KG from Italy, Rose el Sharouni will fight in Brown/Black belt Professional Light Featherweight under 55KG from Netherlands.

The final tour will witness the most attractive challenges in the world of Jiu-Jitsu "Abu Dhabi King of Mats and Abu Dhabi Queen of Mats which will feature number of great fighters from around the world; Rodnei Barbosa, Meyran Alves, Omar Al Fadhli, Alexsandro Sodre, Lucas Pinheiro and Francisco Jonas Andrade will fight for Abu Dhabi King of Mats - Lightweight title on May 7, 2022. on the other side, Yara Nascimento, Ingridd Sousa, Julia Boscher, Thalyta Silva, Rebeca Lima, and Rafaela Bertolot will fight for Abu Dhabi Queen of Mats -Heavyweight on May 8, 2022 at at Jiu-Jitsu Arena.
