Brazilian Valmecir Junior, from MOD, took the gold after defeating the Omani athlete Abdulla. With a lot of control on top, Valmecir went up early in the fight to make it 2-0, a score that was extended when he almost passed the guard. Abdullah tried to react with a lapel guard, but the 3-0 score remained and gave the victory to Valmecir.

69kg - Erick Valnei vs Dzhimsher Razmadze

The favorite in the bracket, Dzhimsher Razmadze from Georgia was defeated by the experienced Erick Valnei from MOD. After rising from a double pull, Erick controlled from the top, avoided Dzhimsher's takedowns and sweeps, and took the gold in the 69kg division by a 1-0 score.

77kg - Ali Monfaradi vs Thiago Marques

Representing Bahrain, Ali Monfaradi showed his elite Jiu-Jitsu to defeat the favorite Thiago Marques. After a technical situation in the double pull, which made the score 1-1, Ali rose from the double pull and took the lead by 2-1. On the bottom, the gold hunter Thiago put his game to work, attempting to rise with the omoplata and even trying to land a loop choke at the end, but Ali repelled all the advances and took the victory on points.

85kg - Marcos Costa vs Ives Sacramento

In a very balanced duel, Ives and Marcos received three consecutive penalties for not rising from the double pull. With the score at 6-6 after points and penalties, Ives stood up to pass, leaving the score at 7-6. In the final minute, however, Marcos played his card: he swept from the guard and took the back, making the fight 12-7 in his favor and taking the title.

94kg - Renato Cardoso vs Matheus Xavier

A single move was enough to give Renato Cardoso another title in the AJP. After 1-1 on the scoreboard due to lack of combativeness, Renato pulled Matheus with his butterfly guard locked and loaded. Renato then swept and put the scoreboard at 3-1, taking the win and the title in Abu Dhabi.

120kg - Felipe Bezerra vs Basel Fanous

In yet another stellar performance, Felipe beat the Jordanian athlete Basel in the 120kg division final. After taking Basel down with a single-leg, Felipe passed the guard twice, placed his knee on the belly, and mounted to reach the 14-0 score and add another high-profile title to his collection.

62kg - Violeta Angelova vs Estela Lima

A submission win for Bulgaria's Violeta Angelova. After applying pressure and trying to pass guard, Estela ended up in the turtle position and Violeta went straight for the clock choke and then shifted to a choke from the back to take the title.

Rebecca had to go through two battles before getting to call herself a champion in the Asia Continental. After beating Marwa in the first duel by 18-4, Rebecca made her way back to the mats ready to capture the gold, which she did by locking a winning submission over her opponent.

95kg - Marcelle Cantanhede vs Priscilla Santos

The 95kg division final saw Marcelle and Priscilla evenly matched from beginning to end. After a 0-0 draw during regulated time and a 1-1 during Golden Score on account of two penalties for lack of combativeness, the match's result was decided by the referees, who observed that Marcelle was more effective and granted her the victory.
