1. AJP TRIES TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY ATHLETES AS POSSIBLE IN OUR EVENTS, BUT THERE IS A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ATHLETES IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A HIGH-QUALITY EVENT.

2. AJP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE REGISTRATION WHEN WE REACH FULL CAPACITY, OR ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTED EVENT REGISTRATION DEADLINE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

3. AJP STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT ATHLETE REGISTRATION IS FINALIZED BEFORE MAKING ANY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.

Only one spectator per athlete from kids and juvenile divisions will be allowed to enter the venue. Adults and masters are not allowed to bring guests (only registered coaches).

Fighters will receive 2 wrist bands — 1 for himself and 1 for his guest.

 COVID test results are only valid for 72hrs. The test can be done on place before weigh-in or in any other accredited organization.

Any expense or responsibility towards the mandatory COVID 19 exams/results are the responsibility of the athlete or his/her legal responsible (in case of kids). 

Athletes cannot weigh in without presenting covid test certificate. 

Athletes and guests can only enter to weigh-in and venue wearing masks. 

In case of non cooperation of the athlete fulfilling the safety requirements, he or she loses any refund or credit rights.
