Over One Spirit Martial Arts
One of the original Gracie Jiu Jitsu schools in the area, Master Pedro Sauer has been sharing and teaching Jiu Jitsu in the community since 2006. One Spirit Martial Arts offers weekly Jiu Jitsu classes for Youth and Adults, Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Kali with a staff of 14 Instructors including Master Pedro Sauer and 9 of his Black Belts. Our Academy focuses on respect to our elders and to each other, fitness and self-confidence as well as everyday practical self-defense. We welcome all skills levels, ages, and backgrounds to our mats while fostering a positive family-like club atmosphere.
