Legacy MMA & Fitness is Saskatchewan's only complete martial arts training facility. We are located minutes outside of Regina in beautiful Emerald Park. We not only offer a full array of martial arts classes but a fully-functional gym and an on-site strength and conditioning coach. We have top-level coaches offering classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
