AJP Tour International Pro in Monterrey with the participation of international stars of the game
Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro, held its International Pro GI in Monterrey, one of the largest city of the Mexican northeastern state of Nuevo Leon.
The organizing committee of the championship was keen to strictly implement the medical protocol, and to obligate all participants to all precautionary controls, to exit the event in the best way.The tournament witnessed huge enthusiastic fights between great number of ranked players in the world.
The Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro Awarded players with 60 gold medals to the winners of the first places, 52 silver medals to the winners of the second and 32 bronze medals to the winner of the third place, while the "TPC Anacondas Jiu Jitsu" Academy won the best award during this round of the international pro after collecting 11,000 points.
The participation of Monterrey city have reinforced Abu Dhabi's position as the largest developer of Jiu-Jitsu sports in the world. Moreover, championship also witnessed Alexa Yanes brilliance with the gold medal in the women's 62 KG category, for the black/brown belt and Thiago Macedo winning the gold medal for the men's 69 KG category professional black belt. both winners from the same academy "Rodrigo Pinheiro Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu"
At the international level, Mexico has won the first place with 67,300 points, followed by the United States of America with 2,800 and in the third place Brazil with 1,200 points.
The Jiu-Jitsu championship will return in another dates of enthusiasm and many fights in the international pro in UAE's capital Abu Dhabi and another in Lausanne, Switzerland.
