March 26, 2025

With less than a month to go until its next edition, the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship continues revealing the matches that will make up its first tournament of 2025, which takes place on April 19th at the Dojo de Paris, in France. Joining the stacked roster of the ADXC 9, lightweights Ruan Alvarenga and Yigit Hanay prepare to go toe-to-toe in a Grappling bout.

Ruan Alvarenga is back in the ADXC for another memorable performance. A Jiu-Jitsu black belt fighting out of Brazil, Ruan is an aggressive competitor who has already made a name for himself in the organization's cage, coming from two consecutive wins after beating AJ Agazarm in the ADXC 5 and, more recently, Mukhammad Shakhbanov in the ADXC 7. Armed with his powerful takedowns and pressure from the top, Ruan will be ready to overcome any and all opponents to taste victory in the ADXC once again.

On the other side, Yigit Hanay prepares for his ADXC debut. A Jiu-Jitsu black belt hailing from Turkey, Yigit is a no-gi specialist who honed his techniques in some of the main stages of the sport worldwide, adding experience to his technical prowess and making him one fearsome competitor. With half of his victories in the AJP coming via submission, Yigit will be ready to take the next step in his career and put his know-how to good use in the ADXC cage.

The ADXC 9 is set to take place in Paris on April 19th, with all fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform. Follow @adxcofficial on social media to stay up-to-date on all things ADXC, and we'll see you in France!
