ADXC 6: Luccas Lira joins the event and faces Marat Kurbanov in a Main Card Grappling bout

October 17, 2024

With exactly one week to go until the ADXC 6 lands at the Mubadala Arena and marks the organization's return to the UAE, the fight card has been changed. Joining the roster on short notice, the Brazilian Luccas Lira is now set to make his ADXC debut on October 25th and will be facing Marat Kurbanov in a Main Card Grappling bout.

Replacing Patrick Gaudio on the card, Luccas Lira is an accomplished athlete with a lot of experience competing around the world. Even before earning his black belt last year, Luccas was already showing his talent as he conquered, among other titles, the gold in the ADWPJJC as a purple and a brown belt. Since then, Luccas got his promotion and kept honing his skills on the Atos Jiu-Jitsu mats, and now brings all that technique and aggressiveness to the ADXC cage.

Coming more than ready to throw a wrench in Luccas' plans, Marat Kurbanov will also be making his debut in the ADXC. A Jiu-Jitsu black belt under the ruthless Rousimar "Toquinho" Palhares, Marat has both the skills and physical strength to be a headache for any opponent. Armed with an arsenal of sweeps that will get him on your back at a moment's notice, Marat brings his A-game to the ADXC cage and will be more than ready to submit his way to victory in Abu Dhabi.

The ADXC 6 is set to land at the Mubadala Arena, in the UAE, on October 25th, with all fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform. Follow @adxcofficial on social media to stay up-to-date on all things ADXC, and we'll see you in Abu Dhabi!
