Odyssey BJJ, is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team founded in June 2018 by head coach Michael Russell. In line with the continued growth of the MRBJJ team, and with plans for more expansion in the future the decision was made to re structure as Odyssey BJJ. The name itself was chosen as the meaning perfectly describes Jiu-Jitsu! – An epic journey! >Odyssey BJJ currently has 6 academies and over 300 students – men, women and children, and a successful competition team which includes English, British and European champions amongst its ranks! No matter your age, size, or skill level Odyssey BJJ instructors are here to help you reach your goals! All are well trained, experienced and patient and our classes are all run in a safe and friendly environment! Through training at any of our clubs, you will learn new skills that can aid your self defence, and improve your fitness whilst making new friends from all walks of life and having a lot of fun along the way! Our aim is to deliver excellence in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! That’s why our motto is – it’s the level of detail that counts
