ADXC 8: Shamma Al Kalbani and Peiqin Ge show their skills in a bantamweight Jiu-Jitsu bout
November 26, 2024
With a little over a week until its eighth edition, the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship continues to unveil the matches that will take over the Adnec Centre, in Al Ain, come December 6th. Joining the ADXC 8 card, Shamma Al Kalbani and Peiqin Ge have been confirmed for a Jiu-Jitsu bout in the bantamweight division.
Fighting in her homeland, the Emirati Shamma Al Kalbani is back in the ADXC. A talented Jiu-Jitsu purple belt representing ADMA International, Shamma makes her way back to the cage for her second participation in the tournament, following her victory over Lina Grosset in the ADXC 4. A familiar face around AJP competitions, Shamma is a seasoned athlete and will use all of that experience to get another high-profile victory for her career.
On the other side of the battlefield, the Chinese Peiqin Ge is ready to make her ADXC debut. A Carpe Diem International representative, Peiqin has confirmed her skills many times while fighting in the AJP, most recently taking the gold in the ADGS Xi'An last October. Mixing technical prowess with aggressiveness on the mats, Peiqin is both a strong contender and a dangerous opponent, and she'll give Shamma Al Kalbani a run for her money in the cage.
The ADXC 8 is set to take place in Al Ain on December 6th, with all fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform. Follow @adxcofficial on social media to stay up-to-date on all things ADXC, and we'll see you in the UAE!
