At Titans we have something for everyone. It's a place where you become part of a tribe!
We love staying fit and strong while improving our skills daily.
Many of our members compete in ring-sports, whilst others do it to stay in shape, for self-defence or body conditioning.
At Titans we believe in the value of sports and its positive effects on the human body and mind.
Those that compete take their training very serious, but we ensure a level of fun within everything we do.
Many of our members join for the great atmosphere, comradery and high intensity fitness and conditioning training offered.
