At Titans we have something for everyone. It's a place where you become part of a tribe! We love staying fit and strong while improving our skills daily. ​ Many of our members compete in ring-sports, whilst others do it to stay in shape, for self-defence or body conditioning. ​ At Titans we believe in the value of sports and its positive effects on the human body and mind. ​ Those that compete take their training very serious, but we ensure a level of fun within everything we do. ​ Many of our members join for the great atmosphere, comradery and high intensity fitness and conditioning training offered.
