1. AJP TRIES TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY ATHLETES AS POSSIBLE IN OUR EVENTS, BUT THERE IS A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ATHLETES IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE A HIGH-QUALITY EVENT.

2. AJP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE REGISTRATION WHEN WE REACH FULL CAPACITY, OR ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTED EVENT REGISTRATION DEADLINE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

3. AJP STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT ATHLETE REGISTRATION IS FINALIZED BEFORE MAKING ANY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.

The attendees participating in the event on October 2, 2021, are informed that access to the sports hall will be managed in the following way:
  
1 - Temperature and Green Pass control;
  
2 - Document check and handing the Form 1 and Form 3 if of age, or Form 2 and Form 3 if Minors;
  
3- Swab test;
  
4- Accreditation for entry to the building;
  
The order of access will be:
 
PURPLE BELTS: from 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m.
  
BROWN AND BLACK BELTS: from 8.00a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
 
BLUE BELTS ADULTS and MASTERS: from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
 
ADULTS and MASTERS WHITE BELTS:from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

  
JUVENILE and KIDS ALL BELTS: from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
 
We remind you that the event will take place behind CLOSED doors.
 
Once you have exited the hallway it will not be possible to enter again, without carrying out another covid test.
 
Failure to deliver the required forms or any delay in the access order will result in the athlete being disqualified from the competition.
 
Coaches and accompanying persons must facilitate the entry of the athletes, giving them a priority, in order to respect the competition times.
 
Athletes who show up before the established time will have to wait for the accreditation time as established above.
 
Underage athletes must enter accompanied by a parent or team coach, who will be authorized to enter simultaneously with the accompanying athlete.
 
It is strongly recommended to carry out the weigh-in the day before the competition, in order to speed up the accreditation process.
